Each item of jewelry that is purchased on AndreasBathory.com/Bathory Castle Fashion and Jewelry, unless otherwise directed by our customers to not do so, is not simply an article of jewelry. When an item is purchased through us, you are receiving an item that has been Ritual Blessed and cleansed by us before they are dispatched to you! This is a service that is provided to you our customers for your special and divine items that you honor us with your patronage.

  1. ALL Sales are Final! The rare and elegant items that we offer are in many cases, singular, unique, individual, and antique. This means that in cases, you may be purchasing an item that is 25, 50, 100, 200 or more years old and yes, there may and will be imperfections and age character to them. This is beyond our control and this is to be understood by the purchaser before their purchase with us.
  2. Shipping: As of February 2021, ALL items purchased will be shipped through priority customs shipping services when shipped Internationally. This in order to speed up delivery times and to ensure better delivery service. Shipping prices include and reflect all of these services including handling. We ask that as you order, please do allow adequate time for the shipping of some items that will be coming to you from Transylvania, in Europe, and others from America. Shipping times on some items due to customs and ports can take a little time, even up to 30 days. Please understand, we are not Amazon, our deliveries may take a bit more time. If you ever have any questions about what you have ordered please contact us at andreas.bathory@gmail.com and we will address your concerns as quickly as we are able. If you desire us to ship to you using carrier services such as DHL or UPS which are faster, we are able. If so, please contact us before you order and we will arrange the added fees to get your items to you more hastily. If you purchase an item and have received “free shipping” from our website, we do and will not provide you with a tracking number. Tracking number service is extra. See the notice below.   3. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! (Free Shipping) – ANY item purchased through andreasbathory.com that includes our “free shipping” will as of January 1, 2020, NOT INCLUDE any tracking number service FOR GENERAL PARCEL POSTAGE. Please do not ask us for a tracking number if you received free shipping on your item. Tracking is a separate service and fee that you may also include with your purchase but you must request it. Tracking services will ONLY be applied through customs shipping which does track Internationally. As defined, this is a service that must be purchased for an added nominal fee over your product price. Please be advised that regular postal service tracking will only follow your item to the border of the continental USA, and to the border of the nation of Romania, depending upon where it is being shipped and is therefore not very useful. In both countries NO tracking with the exception of customs tracking processing will work beyond national borders. This, unless you choose to have your jewelry shipped through another shipping service such as DHL service. These services provide their own tracking for you. Please inquire before your purchase should you desire any of these options.
  4. Please read clearly: There are NO REFUNDS. Only remaining credit will be provided for your choice of another item(s) in our stock and this only if the original purchase item has been returned in original condition, or, if pre-arrangement has been made to substitute your original item of choice for another of the same value! Our No Refunds Policy includes if the shipping carrier takes a long time to get your item to you and if your own customs authority is detaining your item in customs review. Such cases are beyond our control and are a matter for you to take up with your own customs authority and the shipping service. For DHL and tracking questions please contact us to make arrangements for tracking and special DHL shipping.
  5. Every effort possible has been made to clearly depict and define the items we have for sale. Please make all inquiries into the age, character, content, fabric, and metal, gemstone quality of the item you seek to purchase before you buy it. After your sale, and after your item has shipped, we have no responsibility once the item has been bought, left our hands, and has been shipped out to you. All clients can receive copies of the shipping receipts for their items upon request. Please contact us by email to receive the copy of the shipping slip for your item.
  6. In the instance you desire us to “hold” or “Reserve” one of our items, we require a minimum 50 percent deposit to hold any of our items for you, and such items will be held for only 10 days. No more. If you have not paid the remaining balance within 10 days, the item will be re-listed for sale. Deposits are not refundable. Only credit will be given for future purchase.
